PassBroker & W-Broker

PassBrokerand W-Broker are management systems for insurance brokerage companies designed and developed in a native Windows environment.
General characteristics:

    • Definition of users who, based on hierarchical passwords, will have varying levels of access to data and archives.

  • Currency management
    • It is possible to define the currency to be used (US$, Yen, Euro, etc.) for a given policy and to manage monies collected by converting them to the accounting currency.
    • Automatic conversion of the Currency employed to Euros or vice versa.
  • Exporting data
    • Any data that is input, processed or extracted by the search engine is completely integrated and exportable to the most common Office Automation applications (Word, Excel, Lotus, etc.).
    • The integration makes it possible to automatically export and receive data from the application.
  • Tools
    • The User Help desk is context-specific and always available.
    • The Software comes equipped with an operation manual that enables the user to easily look up queries according to subject.
  • Internet and Intranet Environments
    • Maximal integration with Internet/Intranet environments.
    • Automatic connection with data integration by means of applications residing on a given site and the administrative database/software.
    • Customers and employees can consult the Archives using Browsers on the Internet.


Brokers & Customers
PassBroker and W-Broker make it possible to customize Mandates, Products sold, Producers, Sales Networks and Accounts.
This innovative management of insurance products makes it possible to conduct a census of individual guarantees in order to obtain a product similar to that offered by the Company. PassBroker and W-Broker give the customer a 360 degree view. For this reason, the program gives each individual customer (or homogeneous group) access to a series of highly definable searches based on each individual requirement.
   The Portfolio
Management of the Automobile Branch and Elementary Branch Policies enables the operator to easily, quickly and thoroughly load estimates and contracts.
The Policy structure contains all the information necessary to completely manage a contract, including the subsequent easy and instant consultation of policy information, ranging from the subdivision of Guarantees to the various Change Riders, and to ensure its historicizing.
 



Technical Accounting
PassBroker and W-Broker enable management by either Cash-based or Accrual-based accounting.
The collection phase of an insurance security makes it possible to control its various component parts: the premium, active and passive commissions, and co-insured quotas.
   Claims Statistics

Claims management requires that a Claim be opened whether it is tied to a Policy or not.
An advanced Search Engine operates on every entity in a Portfolio. End users have full access to this search engine, a tool that operators can use to autonomously manage any information stored in the PassBroker or W-Broker Databases. 



Web Modules 

The web modules linked with PassBroker and W-Broker enable brokers to use the Internet channel for claim filing activities, as well as to consult claims and customer policies.
These modules may be customized based on the fields managed by PassBroker and W-Broker and according to user profile.
Managed user profiles include: broker (administrator), producer, broker’s customer.
The web modules, organized with password-protected access, fall under the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 regarding the Privacy and Data Security Code.
These applications, hosted by RGI Outsourcing’s data center or by another Provider, are connected by VPN (Virtual Private Network) either to the PassBroker database or the W-Broker database, both of which reside with the customer.
