Lettera 22
|
The Lettera 22 sporting association derives its name from a typewriter manufactured by Olivetti and sold all over the world, in witness of strong ties to Eporedia (the Ancient Roman name for Ivrea) that Lettera 22 and RGI both share.
These organizations share another point in common: the importance they both attribute to solidarity and the values that sports, growth and socialization offer young people, which accounts for their continued collaboration since the association was founded. The strength of this bond has increased over the years, and starting with the 2007-2008 season, the names of RGI and Lettera 22 were registered jointly with the Italian Basketball Federation and both names now appear on all team uniforms. |
