PassAffinity
PassAffinity is an application designed to provide estimates and sell insurance products through web channels, geared to the management of products by Affinity Group.The program is built with .NET technology and uses PassProdotti as a rating engine.
Thanks to this product’s versatility, any type of Automobile or Elementary Branch rates can be loaded, and estimates can then be compiled or insurance policies issued directly over the web.
The subsequent integration of back office products (such as PassBroker and W-Broker) frees users from having to reload data input by an operator or the actual end-customer a second time.
Access to this program is managed by means of a user name and password that clearly indicate a user’s credentials.
The hierarchical user structure can be fully customized according to customer needs, enabling a given user to view the entire portfolio, only a section, or, as a final option, only his/her individual policies.
In addition to allowing the management of multiple graphic interfaces that vary according to the user, the graphic interface can also be customized to incorporate the logos and colours of a customer’s institutional site.
The program enables users to quote a policy and then proceed with such after-sales activities as substitutions, suspensions/reactivations, cancellations and renewals (barring receipt of a flow to be agreed with the company). The standard steps for generating a policy (which may also be customized) include compiling an estimate, making an offer (confirmation of the customer's intention upon purchase of policy) and issuing a policy (the actual purchase of a policy via credit card, subject to interfacing with the bank's software).
Each step produces documentation in .pdf format, which can be customized at the product level and printed by the customer.
